Is that a mounting hole exposed on the right side of the 2nd pic?

 

that is the stock wing hole, with a plastic cap on it. you also see a strip of the original two sided tape that I never removed.

here is a photo of the mounting holes. The hole towards the front of the car is the APR extra. The black circle is OEM tape over a hole intended for future wiring? This is the black circle you see in the picture some frames up.
The front APR hole is outside the base of the OEM wing. The APR wing base holes are further apart than the stock. So it is necessary to use the rear stock hole and create a hole forward. This still leaves the OEM wire hole exposed. If you use the front stock hole it moves the APR to far rearward.
