What's the weather like around Christmas/New Years? Some friends and I need to decide where we're going to spend our vacation.

Well, the weather in Seattle around Christmas/New Year isnt too good usually. It's cool, probably no snow and quite a bit of light rain. It's usually cloudy as well.

However, if you are into snow sports, there are some decent nearby mountains. You can also drive up to Vancouver or Whistler(which has excellent skiing).

I recommend Hawaii for Christmas\New Year! It's nice with warm beaches and water. The Carribbean would be nice as well.

But if you do come here, I can take you on a fun ride in a very fast Lancer.

 

Last time I was in that area.. I got stuck on Mt. Hood. It sucked.

 

can i get a ride! although what makes u fast :-p did u turbo it cuse i dont think its fast if u just added noise mods

Mt Baker is great for skiing and snowboarding and Crystal Mt too.

If you like nature scenery etc, you can also go to Mt Rainier and Mt St Helens in the winter. They are so different in the winter time!
I like the coast, which is really rough and quite a bit different from the usual tropical beaches

My lancer has turbo, nos, banners, aluminum this titanium that, pink paint, glowing lights, you name it!!
Oh yes, noise-makers too.

- Pike Place Market
- EMP (rock music museum)
- Seattle waterfront
- Lots of nearby nature stuff like mountains, ocean, forests
Great for hiking, skiing etc
- Plenty of excellent restaurants, esp if you like seafood
- Too many coffee drinkers
