They're VLED's and you can get them at www.VLEDs.com

Overall I am satisfied with the VLEDs quality after owning them for a few months. Not a single hiccup. I also just bought some small ones on amazon that I haven't had a chance to install yet, but they had great reviews and were a fraction of the price of VLEDs.

EXCEPT the reverse lights. LED's are just NOT powerful enough to make good reverse lights. I'm still looking for/into a solution, but it's looking like it's going to be closer to $100 lol.

So since this thread and my purchase, I've learned a LOT. I joined a few LED/automotive lighting forums, and I also began my circuits and electrical portion of my physics class, and I've learned a few things about the reverse lights and LED's as a whole.

First of all, unless you want to spend $50-$60 or more, you're not going to find a "plug and play" bulb that will be as bright, or barely brighter, than OEM halogen. One of the main restrictions is the limitations on releasing heat.

Now, if you're willing to modify your housings, there is a LOT of room in the housing, and between the housing and interior panels that you could add heat sinks, drivers, and any other components and have a blinding set-up.

I am dead serious when I say I've spent well into the tens of hours on this. (I have way too much free time at work )

The best solutions that I have found, are:
  • V-LED's 18W LED BACK-UP LIGHT LICENSE PLATE FRAME
  • LED Fog Lamps or DRL's mounted under the bumper facing the rear
  • Modified Housings as mentioned above, possibly with a set of THESE, which would only require minor modification, in the form of enlarging the bulb opening.

Mine is as well! I have no idea why it's different, but welcome to the club!

I almost ordered the festoon too, but I use SuperBrightLeds.com and they have a Vehicle Bulb Finder which is pretty damn accurate, so I double checked after it suggested a wedge bulb for my cargo light.

Super bright makes a quality bulb no doubt, but just as a personal recommendation I've been using V-LEDs.com bulbs for a while now with absolutely no problems. No flicker, no can-bus errors, nothing.

What I did was put a 921 bulb in the cargo area wedge. OEM it's a much smaller bulb, but an LED 921 draws less power and creates less heat than the smaller OEM incandescent bulb, so it's fine (in my non-professional opinion).

If you poke around, they even make directional, right angle bulbs so that none of the light would be wasted by shining "backwards" into the wheel well area.

Is the front markers the front parking lights? The yellow bulbs in the top corners on the outside? I want to change those to white, but need the size, because I like to drive with my parking lights on since I don't have DRLs

The size of the small yellow lights at the front is w5w. Same as the ones on the rear license plate.

I'd like to confirm that this is true. It wouldn't be worth trying to get in the housing that's for sure. To remove/replace it, you just simply push the side markers towards the rear of the vehicle, and they will come off with light pressure.
