Id only go with the CF vinyl if i didnt have the pano roof. i voted for gloss black. match the pano roof. my olander will be getting the gloss black grill soon.

Hmm.. Alright, I see where you're coming from.
Initially, I didn't think about the visual "effect" a pano roof would give to the overall look, but after thinking about it a bit...

I have flat black and no glass roof - love the look as it blends pretty seamlessly with the grilles... FWIW i'd be more concerned with THAT than I would be with the roof given the proximity...

I have the CF vinyl on mine. I'll try to remember to get some pics of it tomorrow. I just got my front bumper repainted and I opted for the CF again I liked it so much.
