There is plany of room between the radiator and the bumper you should be able to see it from the front.

But if you are taking about the oil cooler in that picture the filter is really closed to the oil cooler (1/4"), the radiator hose (1/4") and the bottom of the bumper.

Do you think there's at least 6 inches of space in there? Because I need to fit 4 train horns inside my engine compartment.

No I don't think that will fit. You have like 4.5" (depth)between the radiator and the bumper.
