I've been car shopping lately and I've mostly settled on an Outlander Sport! On some sites listing features of the car I've seen manual adjustment listed for the backseats but when test drove one I couldn't figure out if you could recline them. Well, can you? If so, how?

 

You can by like 2.25" Forward... (giving your hatch area a tiny bit more room)
To do so you depress the seatback switch and pull forward and release to lock into place. If you continue forward the the back folds flat for total cargo room.

So, it really depends on your point of view... If it's already Forward (it's nearly vertical seating position, not very comfortable if YOU have to sit in the seat) then you CAN recline back...

(Hopefully, that wasn't a deal breaker for ya... ha ha)
