Her's the Valentine 1 detector mount I made for my new-to-me RVR. I can post a few plans/instructions if folks are interested. And yes, it really was free. Surplus bicycle reflector clamps and some free plastic samples. The one thing interesting in the RVR is that the mirror mount is not round like most cars; a slightly larger clamp and rubber grommet fixed that.
