I seen the hks exhaust, its around 6 shipped, kinda pricey for a axle back. I was trying to see what other mods people have done to there os. Guess im not the only one thats "that guy" as mentioned in previous post. I appreciate the productive feedback.

i wasn't trying to sound like a dick, but what are you really trying to gain? the 4 cylinder isn't going to make sweet noises, and you're not going to gain any power that you will notice.

i can see doing stainless for longevity, and maybe for weight-savings, but it just seems like a waste. its not a performance car. ever see a Kia Soul with a giant fart-can exhaust and $3500 wheels?

i guess i was just trying to save you some money - i've done some pretty useless car mods when i was younger, and looking back now, i wish i had just saved my loot.
with that said, its your car - do what you want, and good luck with it.

Its all good shark! To each its own, i dont like the fart can mufflers myself, the obnoxious ones that hang out ten miles is ridiculous. Im not looking to win any races, i have bikes for that just want to put my own personal touch to it and have a little fun doing it. You cant take it with you so miles well enjoy the $ now. Besides they make new money everyday lol.

Alright... straining my brain cells a bit, but I sort of recall some of our members who's done it.

Not sure which exact thread(s) but I believe both Hiboost & Texas_Travisty have modded their exhausts with bigger catback pipes... awhile back.
Hit them up for details, they're the pros.

Is that Magnaflow setup a kit you can order? I saw that they had a muffler that looked like it'd slip right in where the stock one goes.

I had a Magnaflow system on a V6 Ram once, and it made a bit of difference. Made my neighbors angry too.

the magna flow was not a kit I pieced it together just used 2 Magna flow SS mufflers and a Magna flow hi flow Cat, with the RRM 4-1 race header, and took it all to the muffler shop and they welded it all up and did the connecting pipes.
