Tips for pulling rear bumper fascia?

I am going to install these: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2X-Cl...rchweb201560_8 And maybe the rear fog lamp (so that if I grow a pair and utilize the ETACS decoder I can activate it! LOL)

Anyone ever remove the back bumper covering? Any tips/tricks/gotchyas? Also, if you have added the rear fog, any help there appreciated as well. If it matters. I have a Curt hitch installed - hopefully that does not make things more complicated. I want to do this right and not have it turn into a fuster cluck.

I was (or even am) interested in this LED. When I installed my back up sensors I checked whether those LEDs can be done without removing the bumper and I did not find a way.
It is relatively easy to do. Remove and disconnect the tail lights first (this would need to be done to fish the wires up to them anyway). If you have a splash guard remove the screws from the wheel arches. The rest is just like the service manual suggests. Keep in mind though that if you buy the item pictured you need also to route a wire from the liftgate (since the reverse light is in there) through the harmonica like tubes on the top and under the head liner and finally fish it out through the hole where the tail light wiring goes into the body (see the redish line in my attached image. For this you have to remove the inner panels from the liftgate (upper center first and sides afterwards). Good luck.

Thanks muchly! Not sure if I will wire them for reverse white, but I will preemptively run the connections. It is a shame you have to dissemble the rear end to change these out.
