This official video (in German but you will understand even just by watching) features electric windows and their danger for children. In case of CX-3, 300 N (67 lb) force was registered. The normal behavior would be to stop when the force reaches 15 N (3.3 lb), see the tomato test). According to ADAC 20 % of cars with electric windows fail this test.

Related Note:
I would like to point out that in BMWs 3-series (since the mid/late 1990s, and possibly earlier in their 5 & 7 series) they have utilized a 'cabled' window regulator system in their lift mechanism which allowed for some "give" and it does retract once it hits a certain resistance during the lift operation for anti-pinch.
However, I noticed Mitsu still uses the old "scissor" style regulators to lift in their windows.
