Does anyone have an ETACS adapter I could use? I'll pay for shipping to and from. I just want to change a few things on my OS that the dealer says can't be done but I know for a fact it can. Anyone willing would be a great help. May also throw in a rental payment. Lol

 

Why not purchase? I have one but international shipping back and forth is more than the price of the device, especially if you buy the VCI cable. It is only $40 from the ETACS Decoder site.

You may want to make changes later and the device is also good for clearing diagnostic error codes. It is a well spent $40 IMO.

 

How far into the system does it go? I want to change things like speed limiter, door locks, etc.

 

A lot of things are possible. Even more than those that you listed. I must say though, prepare for a month of reading before you jump and start programming anything. Never experiment, only do those steps that are proven to work.
