Rear Tow Eye Cap Falling Out

Just noticed the rear tow eye cap on my RVR is not staying in. It appears to have been siliconed in place (not sure whether the original owner did that or the hitch shop when they installed my Curt hitch.

It is part # 6410B800XA - about 10 bucks but it looks like it is unpainted (I need white of course) Any one know if thy come in pearl white? Or if I should silicone it back?

One other idea I had is getting a small circle of 3M ScotchCal and slapping that on top. Would hardly be noticeable and much cheaper than getting one painted I am certain.

Go with 3M tape!
A lot less messy and you can use the tape for tons of other uses.

I got a couple scraps of Xpel clear film. Cut a 3" circle and slapped it on. Cover in place; looks great and you can hardly see the film. (Of course I got some dirt on it so I will redo it, but at least for now it is not flopping around).
