Grey evo X on highlands drive at 1130 tonight. I think I've seen the same driving around BCC. Not sure if he's on the forum.... Sounded like the the engine was grinding squirrels. Was that the wastegate? Is that a stock sound?

Haha, I thought i saw you driving around there..... Ya, it sounded like the wastegate was dribbling. May have been your bov. But it hits when you let of the gas. I don't know how to explain it. I actually love that sound. I've heard it before.

 

you mean the fluttering sound? yeah its the bov it goes off everytime i let off the gas... kinda gets annoying tho, might but the stock one back on

 

Ahhh, fluttering... good word.... Ya, I guess it could get annoying. But it's a nice sound. Why does it flutter as oppose to just hiss?
