Saw a GG evo on 167 northbound today about 30 minutes ago. did some spirited driving then had to get off the freeway to go home.

 

saw a white evo on 8th(bellevue) around 7ish

My MR is OOC for a couple weeks as well. Had to run up to Spokane for some stuff, and ended up kissing a pole (ice with snow over the top isn't very condusive for allowing turns with Advans, even at approx. 5 mph). Easily a couple grand in damage. Have to fly home tonight and come back and get it when its finished.

 

It is we did a civil cermony in dec. For those who are in the mil you know how much having a dependent on deployment means $$$. So we are going to have the friends and family wedding in Sep now.

How dare you drive your Evo in inclimate weather! I garage mine whenever there is a possibility of under 40 degree weather. That's what you get for being a horrible driver and a disgrace to all Evo owners!!!!!

Well I normally do too. But I had to come up here for an family emergency, and so it couldn't really wait. I couldn't take my girl's car because on Monday it was broken into and the glass is still on order for the door. Gotta do what I gotta do yanno?

It was in a parking lot and under 5 mph. I bet I'll get some aftermarket stuff out of it, since typically Mitsu stuff is so spendy. Trying to see the positive.

I don't think its possible for Evo's to have a fart can.. that sound is usually N/A 4 bangers.

 

Assuming that was directed toward what my dad had said. If so, his further comments were that it sounded like crap in comparison to my car (3" mandrel, flow thru, with no cat). There are some pretty cheap people in this world and it wouldnt surprise me that one has gone and got a crush bent exhaust shop $200 special with some off brand OBX/China muffler and the whole thing sounds like poo. I have heard LOTS of 4G63's over the years that sounded like crap becuase they had less than perfect exhaust systems. I wasnt there so I dont know, but it could have even been an exhaust leak problem. My dad has put up with me and my imports since 94 so he knows a fart can when he hears it.
