I have a set of authentic JDM VIII MR tails (flat black) that I might be coaxed into selling. I really don't need the money, and I'd rather sit on them than let them go for cheap. Let me know what you're looking to spend.

what's up fellow evo owners? i was lookin to upgrade my speakers in the evo. sound quality is pretty important to me, can't go wrong with a good sound system in a loud car. i was just wondering if replacing the rear speakers gave anyone some trouble? any advice?

waste of money. car isn't insulated well enough for speakers to make a difference while driving unless you properly deaden the entire car as well

With wa's horrendous roads, I agree! Hate the roads here . Anyways are you talking evo x or less? If X, you will need some Mdf rings to adapt. The holes are odd triangle mounts.

I went all kenwood eXcelon and made a huge difference in quality. On oregon roads, felt like I was at concerts while driving.

Everett base Evo Owners?

Sup, fellas. First time posting here since I got my X back in August 2012. 3rd Evo that I've owned so I'm not new here.

Was talking to a friend of mine at work this morning and she said that she was at Firestone in Everett and was talking to a guy named Andy that had a Evo X as well. She said that she mentioned me by rank only (AM1) and the guy was like "Yea, Boland. I know him." and I'm like "Who the hell is this guy?" Been wracking my brain for a QM1 named Andy that works here on the Everett base that knows me by name. I'm drawing a huge blank.

Anyone know this guy? Silver X I believe.

Hello all, shot in the dark, but Im looking for a HFC or a test pipe for sale locally. I figured I would try to get one before the dyno day and get it installed. Sluffed on ordering one and prob wont get here in time.

Let me know if you have anything for sale.

Why upgrade the rear speakers? For the driver/front seat passenger they're only there for filler. If anything upgrade the front speakers. As previously said, though, you wont notice much of a difference anyway in a loud car.

You have zero posts and are asking to circumvent an internal control in place to prevent wheels from being stolen.

Personally, I would want somebody here that is known to chime in and vouch for you, or show up to a meet with the title and your ID, then we would help you take the wheels off at the event. You will have other rims to put on anyway, so it wouldn't be any skin off your back.

Please do not take offense to that. It's simply a matter of security for those of us with such wheels.

Full Disclosure: I do not have such wheels, however I am an auditor by trade and think of silly things like "could this guy be using the forum to steal somebody's wheels as he hasn't been on here at all and could disappear in the middle of the night with some nice person's wheels".
