***Official WA Chat Thread***
That's actually not that much of a problem (regarding rate-quit). I was constantly pestered by the mods for voicing any opinion which was not the majority opinion of the "group" (as determined by the admin.
The attitude of the first group/page was that of "assimilate to what the collective believes or you will be cast out". I think they raise important questions worthy of closer examination and spirited debate. To my mind, Admin who believe that I should have excluded my personal opinions undervalue their own contribution.
It's amazing how the FB groups try (and fail so, so, so hard) at trying to have technical information or help each other with car ownership. Just admit it's a social network, put a link to EvoM in the sticky thread area and every time somebody posts some drivel about how to plasti-dip their car or loved ones, you PM them with the link to EvoM while removing their thread?
OOPS!!! There I go sharing an opinion which isn't what is commonly held by the FB groups... Well at least people's skin grows back thick and proper while typing in their user name and password on EvoM.
That's pretty sweet! You should, you know, use the for sale section to post that. Or even the NW for sale section. Otherwise mods such as ill-Demon-ill will have to remove posts and what not while enforcing the sale rules.
And posting it here because you don't have enough posts on the forum is not a valid answer. If you try to use that as an excuse then what you're really saying is that there is an internal control to protect buyers AND sellers from fakes, and you chose to circumvent that willingly.
Full disclosure: It's been a busy tax and audit season, so i'm tired of finding people trying to cheat known internal controls for their personal gains.
^don't mind Ryan. He's just happy to be able to post that without getting banned it sounds?
Life is aight. Work remains busy, but I suppose this time of year you know all aboot that. Interior is still the way you love it...crusty. Haha, I do keep it more clean as I don't drive my car all the time, so nothing much gets in there, but it could be detailed to be sure.

Mmmmmmmm, loving your crusty car Dan-o! it must have been 1.5 years back at the Drift Office dyno day when you went to get something out of the car and kids toys, old french fries, mummified pets and "crust" was falling out of both doors.... My heart sank just a little bit. (It was buoyed by the knowledge that I'd NEVER detail the inside of your car, if you must know)
For the other poster, yup, there is always some parking lot pimping going on with the Evo folks. Depends on which of the two (or three?) facebook groups they have now as to which "in crowd" gets to go to which event.
I'm still planning the invite-only less-than-legal St. Helens sprint as we do every year. This year might include a friend from the gym, but we probably wont be able to keep up unless in a straight line. He has some fandangled brand new car of some sort. It's really small and when he rev's the motor I ejaculate uncontrollably. The color is "McLaren Orange" and he had to pay one hell of a gas guzzler tax.... Will let you mull that one over as to what he will be driving....
Good morning fellow people. I'm David and I live on east side and want to do a meet and greet and possibly a drive afterwards. How many Evo's could we get to meet up in Tir-Cities if we do one. Just wanting to put feelers out there.

I am slowly working my way back to the forums now that they have a decent app for my phone.
Sorry I didn't get an update on the meet sooner. But I drove by top foods the other day and the whole lot is fenced off and under construction. Need to find a new location any suggestions are welcome. I haven't pushed a meet yet because there have been quite a few at Alki the last few weeks.

Yes I would join you in a Tri-City Meet. I'm in Moses Lake on the weekends. Just to let you know, here on the West Side of the State, east side usually refers to Bellevue, Kirkland or Redmond as in the east side of Lake Washington.
MAX
Haha lol. Here we call east side cause east of cascades and west side of cascades. Cool now just need to get some responses from some people over here.
If you are talking about the stock 10 advans, they are terrible. Take it as a sign to get better tires.
