Does anyone know where I can get a side skirt driver side?

 

Any body shop should be able to source you a used one (maybe even in the correct color). Its no different than if you damaged yours in an accident and your insurance recommended a comparable used part be used for the repairs. They have nationwide databases for tracking parts.
