na, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bora_(wind) what happens when I go by you! I just like the name kinda stuck with me.

That's funny, it's where the name of all VW's made since the 70's come from. Bora, Golf, Scirocco, Corrado, etc all winds....

And it was only called a Rabbit to America, Golf everywhere else in the world...

yea i know.. my ex do too.. nice firm butt.. mmm.. but it kinda weird for male to use it.. i perfer leg squat or box squat with free weights or press leg brench

Its good for flexibility and strength in all those hard to get areas... True though, I have been thinking about doing it for flexibilty, cause I had hip surgery a few years back, when I played football.
