If I were to pick up an Exedy Twin clutch it is also recommended to get the Shep rebuilt tranfer case? I don't launch the car, but I like to get a good second to third gear launch between shifts.

 

James you wont need to worry about the t-case. Just get the clutch when you need it, unless you have the money to just replace it. No sense in replacing it unless it starts slipping or engaging!

 

I was thinking that what happened the other night while driving home from Ryon's was due to my clutch slipping. It may have been caused by the extra TQ I'm putting out and the stock clutch not able to handle it.

 

Pull the restrictor and you should be fine for a while. I've got 56k on my stocker.

change fluids? I still have restiore in.. and I push 370 when my stock out on 25k miles cuz I race too much hard.. and got exedy twin... now I have 57k miles about 10k on exedy.

 

James you would have to be making alot more power for it to just slip w/ out slipping it yourself. We could just pull your restrictor along w/ Ryons when we do it.
