That was funny Chris. I laughed out loud.

Chris, how is the bumper coming a long? Can it be fixed, or does it have to be replaced?

Not yet.. It Bumper plus reforcement and plus pull Frames.. so I can do it Free fix and have spare bumper.. so Im think gonna claim insurance and get money!

No one help me about Audio questions

AMP im thinkin about that:

Sony XM-604M
Marine amplifier 60 watts RMS x 4
60 watts RMS x 2 + 150 watts RMS x 1 in 3-channel mode
coated circuit board resists corrosion
built-in high- and low-pass filters

That AMP for Marine only.

Chris your best bet is too get a Mono (1 channel sub amp). 4ch is for door speakers and will not be enough for subs. You want a more efficient Class D mono amp. It also depends on if your subs or single or dual voice coil. The load on the amp is dependant on what Ohm's you have the subs wires at. You can wire the subs in series or parallel to represent different loads.

Example you buy a subwoofer amp rated at 600watt rms at 2ohm. It you have two 10in 4ohm subs depending on how you wire them you can achieve a 2ohm load or 8ohm. You would want to wire them in 2ohm to achieve the most power. As far as being marine you don't technically need a "marine" amplifier. You can create an enclosure with some type of ventilation that is isolated away from contact with water. If you need more help let me know...I used to work for a audio shop.

Humm not sure if Illtech a good place for alarm installs. Compustar is based out of Seattle and usually if you call them can reccomend shop or techs fairly local. You can go to Illtech but I bet they will charge you up the a$$ and who knows how it will turn out.

I did called them already. I talked to Drew one of the guy works there he said $400 for just the install labor. and I called mobile radio at POULSBO and SILVERDALE they said the same thing. $400 out the door. thats very very expensive for just install.

Thanks for the input.. Yea $400 is high even at a shop rate of 100 an hour that is 4 hours to do install and unless they have really gotten that complicated over the years since I had my last one installed I don't remember it taking that long to do especially when it is a simple 1 way alarm. I can understand when you have multiple sensors and backup battery, etc etc.. I'm looking at just getting a Clifford G5 Arrow nothing special really.

Well it requires pulling a large portion of the interior. Antenna, shock sensor, hood switch, trunk pin, tapping an injector, remote start is an extra module, main wiring, etc. $400 isn't that bad for a two way with remote start with how high install rates have gotten. I would also call Compustar and see who their reccomended installers are. I would rather pay high rates and have it done right. It requires tapping in to alot of the factory wiring.
