Yes I was just going to fill out my time sheet and my alarm goes off while im in the building (i have the two way) so I go out there and dude is trying to take off.. I said no way! Got his name, License plate #. He doesnt have insurance, but he is a international student so I know he has money.

There is no reason to waste time out of a cops day to come do what I can do.

I would rather have a police report.... plus if someone was going to hit your car and then try to flee, they deserve a no insurance ticket

 

Its always good to get a report by a popo. Just imagine if he actually got away, you wouldn't be very happy.
