I am going to get a couple more estimates tomorrow (he wants 3) then I will drop it off there.

Its unfortunate you got hit. Hope things work out for you. Next time if possible get the police report though. Makes it a lot easier for insurance and stops a lot of "he said, I said" if it comes down to that.

 

Hopefully this catch can is able to move more air through itself and lower the crank case pressure.

get a vice with soft jaws to hold the piece while you weld it.

Also,
I would double up on the amount of filters you are using. I'm sure you've seen T1's catch can setup for Honda's as you used some of the same ideas.

yea, it was an awesome shop and the dyno was impressive also!
