I just ordered pistons, rods, and bearings for a 2.3L and got a sweet deal on a GT3076R. I've got my eyes on an equal length tubular manifold as well.

Mmmmm parts for 2.3l stroker and new turbo.... tasty. Everyday is like christmas waiting for the delivery guys.

 

It's okay, at least I manage to get it done yesterday. Btw do you know that I suppose to have extra screws that I don't need?

I am aware of the extra black plastic clips that tightens USDM bumper with the crash beam that I don't need for JDM's.

 

Can someone help me out, I am confused about the color that I want for Advan RS. I am on the plan to buy Advan RS 17"x9 +29(Evo fitments) or may be 9.5, the GTR-Face.

My evo is GG, which color suits my car? I don't like gold unless I have white. SBC is too expensive and too long to wait.

There is no black? My main aim is the SBC, but cost SO MUCH more, additional $100 per wheel for SBC.

I like silver, gunmetal looks dull imo.

I don't think the HTA is worth all the extra money. And they don't make a true twin scroll 3076 that I know of. I paid $850 for the turbo shipped. I'm 95% sure I'll score the manifold for $100, we'll see tomorrow.

It's going to be a while until I have all the parts, there's alot of crap when you totally redo your setup from the block up. So far I have:

- Engine gasket kit
- Timing Belt kit with water pump
- 2.3L Wiesco Piston
- Eagle Rods (El Cheapo)
- ACL Bearings
- GT3076R Turbo
- Manifold
- PTE 880 injectos

Still need:
- 38mm Waste gate
- O2 housing
- Dump Tube
- Valve springs
- ACT Clutch
- Radiator hose, or new radiator (CBRD)
- Lower IC pipe
- Slim fan
- Oil and Coolant Lines
- 100mm crank

I'll end up build all the piping and such myself, but I need to get the raw material and flanges.
