i didnt know that changing a simple intake setup could drastically change driveability.

i recently ditched my HKS pipe/ARC induction box for a 3" ETS intake...car definately drives diff. Shifting is tricky and the rpms dont hang much anymore between gears. Needless to say, its a rough drive now! Idle seems unstable too.. LOL

assuming i need a tune...

anyone going to be heading to ER in about 1-2 weeks????

*edit - actually, anyone need to split the ER trailer down to Camas? That way it only costs half each.

 

^Just think of it as less miles you are putting on the car. It's only on the trailer to be fixed, not a real trailer queen. Mine has to go on a trailer soon too, it's not a bad thing, just means that when it you go pick it up it should be fixed and ready to tear up the road again.

Anyone know a good place to do wiring for Defi's? I hate wiring even little things like my deck lol

 

It's really easy and takes less than an hour really to do...besides doing the sensors. One word of caution easiest place to tap for power is in the radio harness...don't use your acc wire for power though as your alarms will go off if your car is not on, for oil pressure atleast.

 

hahah I got owned by that. Lol I just never leave my car in ACC mode cuz I have a mini battery anyways. lol

so just got some cash and bought a perrin mbc man that is the biggest difference in my car yet!! Also got my megan dp on stoked!! Can't wait for my ER tune coming up!! SOOOO EXCITED!!!! Just thought i would let you know!
