White Evo 9 spotted on Kruze way at 217 about 15 minutes ago. Was not in my Evo

 

Spotted a black 8/9 broke down on I84 west near Hood River yesterday. I would've stopped but the tow truck was already there.

 

That would be me... figures the first time in 2 1/2 years that the car gives me literally any trouble is the first time I get spotted.

I hit a tire retread and it ripped my front bumper cover and splitter off the car. $5600 bucks in damage. Are you local?

 

The blue 8 could be me if its around 5:30am-6:00am. But its been a little over a month since I last drove the car to work.

 

Wow that sucks. Hopefully insurance covers it.

Yeah, I live in Portland. I drove by in a blue 10 with black whees.

 

I see a blue x with black wheels driving around the Murray/Bethany area of Beaverton every couple weeks. Also saw a white X driving down my street north of 26 at around 10 pm a couple nights back.

 

The blue X is mine. I live in that area. If the white X was an MR that another evom member who also lives in that area.

 

Cool! I'll honk next time I see you...although I might be in the wife's pilot or my eg hatch with a roll cage.

 

Reminds me that I've seen a GG Evo 9 MR a few times in recent months near Capitol Hwy and Barbur.

 

I've seen a few evo's so far. I've spotted a black evo ix red emblems on McLoughlin, exchanged the wave etc. Also saw a red evo (8/9) while I was at a stop sign across from the car dealership I work at, he redlined at me so i returned the favor. Also saw a WW Evo X who gave me a thumbs up next to a highschool on Terwilliger.

Saw the same wingless silver X MR yesterday morning crossing over 99E @ Johnson Creek, swapped waves.

 

Saw an evo ix or viii, was parked at Burgerville across from the dealership I work at on McLoughlin. I was in the lot and yelled at you about your car but I just got a weird look.

 

I know this isn't about spotting evos, but theres a Portland area eve meet happening on the 26th of july! There was a thread started on evom recently so be sure to check it out, going to be a great turn out!

 

Black X GSR on Columbia and cruised with on several occasions. Also Sometimes cruise with another (maybe the same?) black X from the Foster exit up the 205 all the way to i5 in my AS 9
