New guy here. I live in the Portland metro area. Was stuck in traffic with a guy a month or two back on HWY 30 who had a clean Evo IX and was gonna be late to pick up his kid, we chatted a bit and he told me I should come on over here and sign up. I kept forgetting.

I've been a member of EvoXForums for a while, but hadn't signed up here for whatever reason.

Hey everyone, not new to the Mitsu game at all. Been around them since 2002. I just moved up here from NC back in August of last year. I moved away from Mitsu's about 3 years ago after selling my Galant VR-4 (stupidest thing I've ever done)

Well needless to say the boost bug has bit me and my current vehicle isn't cutting it anymore. So after talking with a few friends I decided to come back to the darkside. I'm currently working on picking up my second GVR-4. So if all goes well keep a look out for me to be running around the Auburn area.

So in the mean time, if you see some guy in a RX8 waving. It's probably me. No it doesn't have anything done to it. So I'm not going to waste anyone's time lol.

Oh if anyone has a stock MAF they might be interested in selling or trading. Please PM me. I am definitely going to be converting my Galant MAF over to an Evo 8/9 MAF. Made a huge difference in response and over all driving on my last galant.

That is in the works for a later time. Won't need it for the setup I'll have at first. Once I decided to go with a larger frame turbo. It will definitely go to an SD setup.

this may in fact be one of the best posts I've ever read. It is either that awesome, or a brilliant "ice-breaker" moment, and I have no idea which.

Ha ha. Thanks, dude! I wish there were meets here in Tri-Cities, preferably in a Burger King parking lot with all of the honda preludes.

There are a few Evos out there, but I'm not sure how often they meet. In the winter in general the meets tend to die down.

I suggest no more Daniels allowed, especially those with AS Evos! :\

Oh man I saw this for sale in Portland. It was for a killer deal, if I remember. Love the leather color. I just bought mine in Seattle/Port Orchard not too long ago.

Yeah it was man, got it for 1k less than the KBB after taxes. All the bells and whistle, Fasgate system, gps, bluetooth/audio/streaming, heated leather seats, brand new tires. Theses cars ride really nice stock and I was surprised how quiet the ride is stock as well.

old cars.
