Good luck. Oregon is nothing like Washington in regards to getting tickets dismissed. It will cost a pretty penny. In Washington attorneys can almost wave a finger and get it thrown out, but Oregon doesn't play that way, and most lawyers I've found want like 500 plus and to run it through trial (as the officer always has to be there).
