Quick Wheel Question

I've been searching and I see that people are asking the same question but not getting any answer to it.

I was wondering if anyone has any input on how well a 18x8.5 +38 RPF1 would fit on a IX. People keep asking if a 20mm spacer is needed as well. Would a 245 wheel also fit nice without it bulging out on the sides?

I'm lowered on a TEIN Flex suspension if that helps any.
