ran these on the car during snowpacalypse:

235/45R-17 Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D XL car was bone stock.

no problems whatsoever.

This. I ran the iPike's which don't have all the fancy speed ratings but worked great in the snow we had last year.

Hankook I pike!!!! I've. Had mine for three seasons...incredible tire in the snow. Ice.and rain.

Hankook iCept Evo for the win. I get terrible wet traction, which allows me my drifting fix, and in the actual snow - I can't get stuck. I've literally tried to get stuck - never happened.
