Hey all! Moved back to the area... and it is time for a drive!

June 28th (unofficial at this point) will be another awesome meet up and cruise. Some old faces should be there, and hopefully, along with some new ones. Anyone is invited as long as they aren't an *** on the road.

Details? E85-friendly route (<= 120 miles) being planned?

Route isn't planned yet. I can do <120 miles if you like. A quick short one. Why not?

 

don't limit it on my account. i only suggested 120 miles because i figure that's about what might get from a tank with a bunch frisky driving. i suppose what i'm hoping for most is some roads where we can safely open it up. i never really felt that on the last ride i did two years ago. i think roads like that are tough to find though in the Portland area. seems like every road either has cars and/or houses dotting it.

 

You were on one of my drives? We definitely open it up. Try to find an e85 station on the way as well.

 

Yeah, it was one of your drives. There were a few spots to tweak it, but it never seemed ideal. Again, its probably just inevitable when organizing a ride near a high poplulation area.

 

i used to carry 2x5gal cans with me when i was on e85 that way you can go 200 +miles

 

In....and I've got two five-gallon jugs you can borrow for the day if needed.
