thanks, yea same with me I had no problems what so ever with it, and sounded great, just trying to sell it for some extra cash to pick a turboback instead of just a catback, if it doesnt sell Ill just put it back on and enjoy it.

i think that many members were dis-satisfied with the initial run of the aem intake for the evo.... ive seen them, as well as owned one, and the fitment is NOT spot on, i mean u really have to use some elbow grease to get some of it togather. and the original filter was HUGE... way too big, though the 2nd version filter was a little better but still rubbed the hood....

i sold mine and got the injen kit, and the fitment was absolutly wonderful, smooth as butter (just have to tighten the clamps a little more is all, lol)

not to **** on ur thread, just some ideas of why some people dislike the aem kit

oh yea i know, i bought mine knowing the same thing. I bought mine from a guy who said he had no problems with it, and I took his word, installed and had no problems either, actually went on very easy and filter is no where near the hood( new version of the filter). Im only going to try selling it for another day or 2 and then just put it back on and borrow money for exhaust instead of selling this for it. To any buyers, I guarentee there will be no fitment issues with this intake!
