I have a Pioneer AVIC-N2 brand new for sale for 1600. Comes with One-Year Warranty and i bought it from an pioneer authorized dealer and have the receipt. I bought it a week ago and i was going to install it, but because of a financial crisis Crying or Very sad, i have to sell it. Paid 1677.87 for it. New in Box never opened. What's new on the N2 that the N1 doesn't have?

 

The only difference that I am aware of is that n2 has the capability of traffic info on display (with xm subscription). i am currently upgrading the software on mu n1 to have this feature.

 

and there is no way to "Rig" it to play movies while driving on the N-2....withe the N-1...it can be done...easily

i honestly don't know....all i know is the stereo shop that installed mine (which must remain nameless) put a switch under my armrest so i can make if preform normally (no movie while driving) and when i flip the switch up....i can use the DVD function while driving. The girlfriend loves it......

 

Sorry to be off topic, but all you have to do when installing it is leave the second ground wire that is suppose to go to the ebrake cable unplugged then like magic you can watch movies while driving. Bank on topic *BUMP* for a good deal.
