Car is still available ...
This car has NO SUNROOF.... and I am not looking to trade for mulitple older less expensive cars, motorcycles, Jet Skis, go carts, RVs or any combination of the aforementioned.

Is your point that my car is a good deal or a bad deal ?

Yeah, as a dealer. Don't be a dick, Michael is trying to sell his car privately. You make it sound like anybody can get that deal which is not true. Besides, why would he sell it privately for that amount when he can get that in trade and save $$ on taxes.

I think the Acura TL type S is a great car 270 hp fun to drive a lot smoother and more comfortable than the Evo. Course its not a high performance car like the Evo but still has enough pep to be fun. not too many cars for 30-35k range that can be as comfortable as the TL and still have a few braggin rights for performance I say its a good choice for someone looking to step into the family man role.

Well $22,000 is exactly what the dealers are offering me so I guess it just confirms that if somebody buys the car from me at $22,500 it is basically at a wholesale/trade in price. My car does have 2k less miles and and few additions like a Sony MP3 player radio, Autometer boost gauge, Burshur exhaust, chrome shift knob, and Mitsu rear strut bar.

Might as well trade it then. You will make out better in the end. BTW, the 04 TL is really nice. Way better then the previous versions. The technology in this car is fantastic for it's price (paid about 31k). Really nice power too. I am missing the Recaro's but I figure I will adjust

I just might do that but spending $30k on another vehicle after doing it with the Evo less than 12 months ago is sort of difficult to justify. Ideally I am looking for a used '04 TL for $28k which is $2k less than what they are now going for new. I am basically balking at the whole deal on a new TL over $2k .... sounds pretty stupid on my part !!!

Really? Why? Pass on the deal to a fellow Evo enthusiast. If someone wants to pay a price even a dealer would pay, sell it to them. The hell with dealing with the scumbag dealers. Why empower them?

Because after trying to sell the car for several months all I get is the runaround from kids wanting to drive the car, trade me their hoped up Civic's with 400hp, trade mini bikes, motorcycles, multiple junk cars, RV's, jet ski's, TV's, Armani suits it's unbelieveable.

Last week I got some girl tell me she sold her 350z, she then sent me a $1k check to hold the car, we completed some of the paperwork and now she tells me her car isnt really sold and their is a problem with her bank releasing a check to her to buy my car. I wasted several hours of time that I should have spent with my family. Somebody else looked at the car over the weekend and this guy loves the car but has a problem with the car not having a sunroof.

It just drives me crazy because the car is really awesome and a GREAT deal at $22,500. I am looking at used TL's which are $2k less than you can get a new one for, my car is at least $6k less than a new Evo.

I hear you! People are flakes. Also, the used car market is soft as hell. I would be interested if your car was silver. I already have one black car and that is enough for me.

Have you advertised it on Ebay or in the local paper?
