after 5 years it spun a bearing so a rebuild was required, new rods and crank, CARILLO PRO H with CARR bolts and a EAGLE 100mm crank and new rings and bearings. I had it set up at 3 tho clearance. Took it out for a test drive and run in and drove faultlessly. changed up the look a little with metallic charcoal grey hammer tone paint on intake, catch can, coolant o'flow and header tank.

turbo now has a light weight turbine and the power and spool are markedly better. It also is blowing the gate open so a 24psi spring set will be fitted. At 24psi it is every bit as fast as it was on 32psi before. This motor seems much more efficient than before idling at -5/6 it used to idle at -3.

Hi Jason,

car is looking good!
Such a great build which has been going for quite some time over a few iterations!

Who do you get to do your tuning or do you do it yourself?

Anthony

ok internal gate fail so fitted twin ext gates, will need to fit a FP rear tho as the std rear is now a restriction causing a missfire as can be seen in the VDR
