Did you notice a big difference with that aeromotions wing compared to the apr?? It looks like your front splitter is the same or did you modify it due do the bigger wing?

there was a difference between the aeromotion and apr wing. mainly because the aeromotion is higher and in clean air. with the new dive planes, rear and rear diffuser, the wing AoA is set to the lowest setting to balance out the aero.

Great build, are you still running stock Brembo's?

Love the brake duct setup on the front bumper, look forward to more updates.

been awhile since i had a chance to update the build. I did Evo X front brake swap a few months ago. one of the best mod i've done yet second to putting abs on the car. wish i would have done this a lot sooner. credit to Marty Grand for giving me the feedback and info how to do it. i did a make a post about it. the toughest part about the swap was trying sell the 5 sets of 17" wheels that i had. lol

evo x mr rotors vs RacingBrake evo 9 rotors. 350mm vs 320mm

evo x caliper bolts vs evo 9

set the new NASA TT3 track record for NJMP Thunderbolt with chicane. ambient temp was around mid 40's in the morning, and the A7 were used at the championship event with 6 heat cycles on them. the car was a bit loose as you can see in the vid. the rear took longer to get heat into them with the cold temp.

How involved was putting ABS in the car? I know someone ditching ABS and may be able to pick it up fairly cheap. I'm just not sure what is all needed.

it wasn't bad since i already had the engine out. not sure how bad it would be with the engine still in. you have to replace all the hard line, abs pump, engine harness and ecu harness inside the car. that requires removing the inside dash to get the harness out. other than that, everything is plug and play.

here was my ABS conversion project. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/pr...l#post11112301

How did the Evo X brakes work out for you? I was considering doing this when I make the move to 18's some time next year. Will likely steal the 2-peice rotor's off the GF's MR when she needs new rotors and go from there...lol
