Extreme Tuners U.S. Evo Build
I discussed this topics several times with Spyros and came to the conclusion of D2's. They will do the job for what type of car it's going to be (street/drag). Now if I was doing road racing, I def would have gone another route. Plus, Extreme Tuners spec on the D2's is enough for now. It's a simple swap if I decide to go the other route later on.

and then there's this... there's no excuse for it to break like that, if it happened from a severe impact, it should bend at the worst

and if they can't make this right, i'm sure the valving goes to sh*t pretty fast to (if it was anything decent to even start with...)
as far as ET "spec" ones, just ask them for the spring rates and then get some quality coilovers with the same spring rates...
notice rust is in the middle

bend vs breaking is the same concept as wheels bending vs breaking. it shouldn't bend either, but anything can be damaged if hit hard enough. the thing is if it breaks and you're still moving the potential for more damage and/or injury is much higher
