Hey everyone. Sorry for taking so long to write. I have actually been weighing my options and at the time I spoke with way2qik, I was upset and didn't want to proceed with the build. As of right now, I am still keeping all the parts. I am still waiting on my intake manifold and clutch kit, it's been a month now and I haven't received anything... Stay tuned for what's to come in the future

Man you're way more patient than I could ever be all that money and here it is 8-9 months later and you're still waiting on parts.

 

Wow, Read this entire thread.. What a Cluster **** and a **** Show. Mad props for the OP to be able to dish out the money for your build on just a whim and taking chances that none of us were crazy enough to do. I wish you nothing but the best in the end my man. I really wish this would have turned out a lot better to see a new vendor actually add something to the community. Somethings are just too good to be true and to see all these other LOCAL vendors who we talk to all the time, speak the truth from the beginning. If all this was possible i'm sure they would have done it first.

what nobody realized is myself, david buschur and whoever else chimed in on this were NOT haters.. we warned the OP.. I said i would be shocked to see the car ever completed.. That video above sure sold a lot of parts to a lot of people.. i dont care if it revs 12k RPM and makes 2000hp.. it has never run down a track to prove its fast. and i dont know about you guys but if i spent the $$ this guy spent i would expect a fast car not a car that supposedly is fast based on the RPM it turns and based on a video.. it sucks to see someone taken like this when the writing was on the wall from a lot of people trying to warn him..

Anyone who doubted was a hater. Even though the meaning of the word wasn't the intent behind any of our posts. Most asked informed, relevant questions and were unfairly accused of hating.

I thought you had to EARN the level of respect the other vendors on here had, ET never did it.

It appears it was the simple case of " smoke and mirrors ".. i havent been on here as long as Buschur but i have seen my fair share of guys who use that tactic come and go. I wont even bother mentioning names.. You can see what names are still on here and still building quality evos and giving the customer the results they paid for. maybe some people will learn from this guys mistakes at least.. who knows maybe they will come thru but i doubt it.

On a side note STM ran 8.9s by accident last night on 1/4 of this budget.. i dont think he needed 11k rpms to do it either..
