"Junk Box" Evo 2012 Build!!!!
Dry carbon trunk is too expensive for me lol. Plain carbon fiber trunk will work just fine for me. I think ill save 15-20 pounds from just that. The stock trunks are ridiculously heavy
I still have a bunch of wiring i dont even use anymore. But it takes time to go through it. Will have more updates shortly!

Hey everyone. I have a quick update on the Junk Box. Yesterday i sent out my AEM to AEM to have it gone through. Devin over nighted it for me to get it checked out before the whole racing season. The AEM will be back Thursday or Friday. In the meantime, I have new pads going on the car in the front (willwoods). I raced all season on them last year and they were showing some wear and figured it would be best to replace them.
Going to do a couple small things to the car before it goes to the track. As shown on the previous page, the car weighs 2681 without me in it. The cage is around 115-120 pounds with the chute mount and everything. Since it's memorial day weekend, all the local tracks by me are closed for events. Since that is happening, i will be going next thursday night or the following weekend. I am stoked and cant wait! Stay tuned!

^ Chris i might try to make it out there. It's coming up so quick it might be hard to get out there. I'm about 6-7 hours away. Will see how it goes, maybe i can drive over there Saturday. Im playing it by ear right now. If i cant make it, Shootout is right around the corner. Booked my hotel room like 3 months ago lol
I am definetly going to to try to make itThats another event i want to bring the car too! A couple on my buddies went in March and said its a crazy time. Im planning on bringing the Junk Box there in 2K13

I hope i can make it. This year the car wasnt done yet when TX12 was happening. Over the off season, maybe ill make sure i can get the car done before hand. I want to attend as many events as possible in the upcoming seasons

Hey everyone, its been about a week since ive last updated my thread. I have some news that I would like to share. The Junk Box is almost track ready. I had to send in the AEM, new brake pads, and a new boost selonoid. I send out the AEM late last week and were expecting to get it here today or tomorrow. I also ordered my carbon fiber trunk which im also hoping will be here this week. I want to get out to the track this weekend, but it looks like its going to be hard to get out. I think im going to take my time and go next week/weekend. After these few things, time to go 8s that for sure!!
Aside from the Junk Box, i sold the Escalade and picked up an older styler Escalade EXT version. My old one was honestly not that good of a tow vehicle. It would burn through a bunch of gas, and its very clean to be throwing stuff in and out of it. The stock 22" rims isn't the best idea for towing lol. The new truck is in great shape for having 90k miles on it. I am only using it for towing and for here and there type stuff.
With that being said, Ive always wanted a WW IX RS. I have been planning on buying a new DD EVO. It was getting expensive driving a truck everyday that get 10mg lol. I found a guy local, who is selling his and it worked out great. Car is bone Stock besides a drop in filter and a set of rims with 75K Miles. Picking it up next week and im stoked
