Trans rebuilds haven't been bad. The year we ran the 9.0's that trans was in there and shifted like butter for years of abuse. Much of that was because of the Tilton Carbon allowing it to be power shifted at high RPM. This last year we started having problems getting locked out at high RPM/powershifting, so we had to fix 4th gear twice. Typically none of this is an issue on an EVO, it becomes one when you start rev'ing the hell out of them at high HP levels and trying to powershift. T-case, stock RS has been the most reliable. We've had one that broke that was faulty from the shop that built it back in '04. I broke one since then, so t-case luck has been awesome. I have never replaced or broken a rear diff. The car has broken one stock rear axle from wheel hop.

I don't know what a "shorty header is" I mean I know what you are asking but don't know how short or runner diameter either. The FF header from the testing I have done, makes the most power of any header design I have seen. NOW, turbine housing is critical to that statement and I went through a lot of header building and testing on this car and later found out that all turbine housing manufacturers are not created equal. Must of my testing was re-done because of that. That is some of the testing I have done that never made it to the public eye either. Our header/turbo kits are now based on fitting and working correctly using either the Garrett GT turbine housings OR the Tial V-band, which was based on the GT housing in the first place.

I dont have that turbo, just the manifold. I have an fp hta 86 with 4 bolt outlet. Do you need a pic of my turbo?
Its not the housing with the outlet bell. Mine is the 4 bolt that is close to the turbine.

Lovely. Looks like I'm going to have to take more funds out of the girls valintines present fund. She will understand.

Bad Bish was one of the first evo's I saw that blew my mind. Just put the Buschur TBE on my VIII and love everything about it. Keep up the good work!

Awesome stuff, a little off subject, but I rode in a evo 9 with a buschur 2.3l stroker in it and a pte 6766 turbo and all i can say is get out the way......I want a setup like this bad!!!!! I believe it made 578 awhp and 536ft/lbs on 93 pump. I think it's great that Buschur racing is not only an awesome performance vendor and shop, but also dedicated to the forums and community. I will definitely be dealing with you guys in the future.
