Small update!
Everything is out of the bay and its ready for paint! The bodyshop will be sandblasting the engine bay to remove any rust spots and then painting it oem electric blue with clear coat
Im not one to be about the "bling factor" but since everything else will be new and the bay was a different color to begin with I figured I might as well.

Also installed my Buschur double pumper and ordered the rest of the fuel system goodies!

Thank you!
Car will be back from paint this weekend with a fresh bay to put my new 2.0LR powerplant in!
I Have a lot of work ahead of me to get it the car ready before the shootout but I am confidant that me and Boostin can handle it
I'll keep this thread rolling once the updates start pouring in.

I got the Evo back from paint saturday and I am very pleased with the outcome! Rays was nice enough to deliver the car to me since it took longer than expected. Painting the bay was not something I had to do but definitely added beauty back to the car. Now that I got a fresh canvas to work with I can start piecing the Evo back together! On with some pics :

I Decided to go with a large catchcan so I wouldn't have to drain it constantly.

Should be back within a week!
