Nice! Funny how small the world is. I remember seeing this evo in abilene. It used to sit under an awning and never moved. Didn't know it had all this done to it tho. Good luck and nice save.
Thanks guys, i appreciate the comments

- Worked on my Oil Pressure wiring. So I originally mounted on the side of the motor. Going to run it on the back of the motor. I got the Oil pressure sender before I realize it was the wire that broke. I think the wire broke from how I ran it back under the frame.

.
- I relocated it towards the back. I don't like how it runs under the axle but its more of a straight shot towards the firewall.

- All my fittings came in from Summit Racing. Going to have a bunch of spares ha

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Started working on my Compressor housing. Noticed how rough the casting was on the inside of the housing was. Took my Dremel and cleaned it up
Before:

.
..
.
After:

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- 1/8 NPT to -4AN Fitting for my vacuum lines to my boost control to my wastegate.

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Went to Ace Hardware and got a bunch of Stainless steel bolts and nuts. Changed out the compressor housing bolts for some button hex ones. I sanded out that groove caused from the old braided coolant line and polished the housing

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Cleaned it all up for final assembly

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Put the manifold and turbo back on to mock up my oil and coolant lines. Plan for what i need to order

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Vacuum

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- For my Oil Feed line i been debating on getting another shorter braided line or build a Stainless steel line. I flipped my Banjo so its points towards on the inside of the exhaust runners and built this line quick and easy. Dont know if it will be used or not

.
..
.

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Newly improved Coolant lines. Put my fittings on and mock up the length of line I would need
60Degree on the back side (closest to the motor)
120Degree on the front
45Degrees off both the housing and lower return

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Pretty stoked how it came out. Next will be the Oil return which looks like its going to be a pain if its is even possible. Got word that my wastegate (of course it comes a day later after getting a Vband flange from Rallysportdirect. Should of just waited) and my new dirtbike will be here tomorrow. Clean up my shop and called it a night

Your car is coming along very nicely. Integra looks sick
BTW: I drove to Michigan to pick up my car unseen, got there and saw lot more wrong with car. Was misfiring badly, had wrong plugs in it. Got good deal on it though.

- Friday I picked up my wastegate from UPS and took it over to my friends shop to make sure it would clear and not hit anything before welding the vband on. He also resurfaced my manifold flange which he said was really warped

- Cutting off the old flange before heading to my friends machine shop to have the vband welded on and flange resurfaced

- Rice Machine shop always take good care of me. Resurfaced Exhaust manifold flange

.

.
- T3 flange was warped pretty bad. No wonder i was going through so many gaskets. Started to hand file it

- Closest Ceramic coating shop is Ruske in Sandy UT. Said it will be $185 for my manifold to be coated in Ti ceramic so i packaged it up and shipped it off

on another note:
Pretty excited my new bike showed up on Sunday thanks to Pocatello Power Sports out of Idaho.

- After a super busy last week with work I wasn't able to do much with my car but I feel like it was good to step away from it. For some reason the more I take a part the more I want to redo. Its so hard not wanting to make things more clean and simpler. Over the weekend I had some time to start working on getting the transmission out (thanks to evomoto.com)
.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Disassembling and noticed my injector cap was messed up. Add a PTE seal kit to the list

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Maybe because its my first time but it was a totally pain getting the trans out

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Covered and taped off all the important stuff, degreased and pressure washed behind where the transmission sits then pulled the Flywheel cover and repainted it

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
-Used some left over stainless steel bolts to hold the Cover

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Down time is good for little things like cleaning and repainted axles

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Masked off the transmission and degreased it. Especially inside the housing

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Used a scotch pad to clean the outside

.
..
...
....
...
..
.
- Just waiting on my seals to show up and then ill start to put it all back together. Ive been debating if I want to remove the EGR. I will more than likely pull off the intake manifold and clean it out since im right there. Still need to get my o2 housing, intake and up pipe built. Weather here has been really nice and its getting me impatient.
