- Got all my seals installed in my trans and reinstalled it back in my car. I again started to go through some of the stuff and one thing i was messing with was my vacuum lines off my boost controller. Ran into this problem.

- I got my 2.5 intercooler piping, Speed density kit, 3in vband, and Tial BOV on friday. Dropped my car off at my friends shop today and we are going to start working on it tomorrow so we will see how it goes. The down pipe is going to be a pain!

Well after a week of waiting, we got all the fabrication finished. Excited how well it came out. My buddy Josh at TrueMetalShaping did a amazing job. This is different from what he normally does so it did take him some time but his precision and craftsmanship is top notch.

We first tackled the Exhaust down pipe. Tight but got it to fit with enough clearance.

3in O2 housing with Vband

Intercooler piping was held up mostly because of me. I wanted a design that went from 3in off the throttle body, then tapered down to a 2.5in for a cleaner look. One of the companies that would of built me a cone to my dimension wanted a lot of money. With Josh's profession, he was able to build what i needed with no problem. The Pegasus clamps i had bought needed to be machined a little bit larger to go over the top of the piping and then was welded on the inside for a cleaner look.

Changing my mind again i had ordered clamps to put on my compressor housing. Had the compressor inlet machined to fit the 3in ferrule. Had to use a adaptor from 2 to 2.5in for the compressor outlet. Totally forgot to machine the outer edge so it wouldnt have the step down look.

Tomorrow we are going to finish the intake piping and weld in the bung for speed density.

No they're not. All you do is use some channel locks or vise grips and twist the fitting, Not much effort to come off, then you just run a tap through it.

I like your attention to detail. How do you keep all parts so clean in engine bay.

Not much has been going on with the evo. Still waiting to get it dyno tuned but not long ago i was invited to get some moto footage with my buddy Logan Binggeli who kills in on a mountain bike. Told him we should get some clips rallying my evo in there.

Check it out!!
