STM's Drag RS Build! Time to go fast.
We know the car is easily going to go 8s with a T3 setup. Not too hard to figure that out (it will just be lower 8s than the ricer). I would really rather see how far a stock frame can really be pushed. Its something different that hasn't been attempted before. I think that would be more of a challenge for STM than just slapping a 6766 on and seeing how fast it will go. Maybe 8s on a stock frame???
Can't you just drop a built 4g63 into a top fuel body car and go 7's or faster with a stock turbo? Would that be showing haw far a stock frame turbo can go? Lol.
If I read the title correctly it said "time to go fast" not time to go fast using xxx, xxx, xxx, and to set records in xxx class, on xxx motor. I'm sure a lot of thought has already been put into what will work in making the car go fast. And this goal should not be limited by brand loyalty.
Builds like this are awesome, I hope they accomplish whatever goals/times they plan on chasing. It's not a cheap past time, and I'm glad that there are still folks out there wanting to set a new bar in the evo world.
Really? Let me just say that nothing in racing is that easy. And just because it would have the Fp red used in it how could you say that it is gonna show how far the red can be pushed (the car 1000lbs lighter than stock!)

Now onto the part about them going fast or breaking records (or doing both). I'm pretty sure STM wants to be competitive with this car at events, but I can damn near guarantee that they want to break records with it too (which they already have). They are only a tenth of a second away from having the all-time stock frame record that AWD set with the black. The car was already set up for stock frame at this point, so why not just drop the buschur motor in and take a crack at it (atleast thats the way I think). This has nothing to do with being partial to a certain turbo manufacturer, but FP does have the baddest stock frames in the land PERIOD. I don't even know why you would say anything about brand loyalty anyways because STM runs/tests more Precision turbos than anyone on these forums.
