Thanks still have more to clean up under the hood but its a start. Ya seems like a lot of guys are running that setup and has been proven, so I cant wait to see what it will do

 

Well car is all packed up and ready to go. Leaving Erie at 7 tomorrow for Norwalk, see everybody there!!

DSM/EVO/GTR Shootout:

This years shootout was one of the best! I never had so much fun, it was my first year I got to go all 3 days. I ran in the quick 16 which I think this has been the fastest year yet the cut ff was 9.40. I didnt make the cut but I got 3 9sec passes over the weekend with a bad trans so I was pretty happy, it was also my first time out on the hoosiers which are awesome!! I cant wait for next years event, I have some things to change so maybe next year I can hang a little better! But I had an awesome weekend got to meet some great people, drank a little much but was still a blast

update: 9/4/13

I went to Thompsons in Ohio last wednesday for TNT, the track prep sucked! Car spun hard, couldnt get it to hook at all. My first pass it wouldnt go into 3rd(have had bad trans for awhile sending it out over winter) so I just let out. 2nd pass car spun hard hit 2nd and got a little sideways but stayed in it and went 10.1@154 with a **** 1.8 60ft LOL. After that I got back into lines and the somebody that works at the track and asked me what I had in the car for saftey. I had harness and thats it, so the kicked me out for no cage and no chute. They were cool about it just told me to get that done and come back.

Update 9-26-13

Since I got kicked out of Thompsons for not having a cage and chute, I haven't gone to the track since. This weekend is IFO in Columbus which I am going to run at. I ran it when they were at PRP in Pittsburgh and they didn't tech the car at all so I should be fine.

Tomorrow I am going down to TPG to check everything over on the car and turn it up a little. The boost is at 38psi right now and we are going to turn it up to 42ish or maybe a little more for IFO. We are shooting for a 160mph pass. The trans is still messed up so I am going to do my best to get a decent pass, I would love to go 9.30s.

I will post pictures and videos next week and if you will be at IFO stop over at the trailer
