Ugh.. went to check the oil today and found this:

Less than 2000 miles on the belt. What the hell could have caused that?

Does anyone have any idea what may have happened?

I've ordered the new belt, but I am curious if there is anything else I should be replacing as well? Everything has ~1600 miles on it. I wasn't sure if there were any extras that had to be replaced each time the belt is replaced.
