yes im putting the 2.4 back in temporary while i get the 2.3L ready.

then once the 2.4 comes out i will sell that to a customer of mine then put the 2.3 in.

gonna set the boost around 35-36psi on the 2.4 and see what numbers i get. i think at

35psi its gonna make around 850whp.

gonna put it on flex fuel and use it as a test car also to show how it works before i offer it to customers.

Few more pics. will have it going by this weekend again.

Not a fan of how any of the freeze/expansion plugs were installed so i popped them all out and put in fresh OEM and painted over them. I use a high-tach gasket sealant then i set the plug in properly how its designed to go in past the bevel. If its not pushed in past the bevel it will come out prematurelly. Look at how OEM are seated and that's how they need to be.

This is not the correct way:

So out you go:

Proper tools to get the job done:

After seating new plugs etc. Its still hard to believe these pistons have mileage on them. they look like new

Long block again:

Almost there!

Ha, you install the long block w/o manifolds too huh!

Looking good!

I wish I got the SB crank, but Manley themselves steered me away from it for the power level we play at. I see yours is just fine, oh the frustration.

SB = standard billet? Or super light?

Its on some very very high HP evos 900whp+

I had the super light weight billet on my car, I just swapped it for a standard heavier (downgrade), but i think it needed stiffened up for what I'm going to do with the car. so In that case (upgrade)

I'm sorry I meant the 190120BSLW, they told me that the crank will flex after 500ft lbs of torque. They said it's more of a design for road race engines.

I have the next lightest one, it's knife edged 190120B but not as light as the SLW.

The crank in these pics is the one I have, but I think you have the SLW in your other car and that's the one I want!
