I played with the knob and it does increase the bass!

Congrats on the purchase! You won't regret it. While reading through the thread, I was looking for a picture from one of my old cars. I had the same subwoofer controller, back in the day. 2005ish. Brought back memories.
YOur car has a decent amount of modifications. Do you have a tuner that can check it out? It would definitely be a good idea.
