My AC compressor clutch wasn't engaging so I decided to swap the whole unit out. It's a 6 groove and not every OE equivalent will fit. I can confirm that that the GPD 6513143 unit works. Photo below shows the four seasons unit from RockAuto which did not clear the downpipe. It's a pretty easy job: get your system discharged, remove belt via the passenger wheel well, remove radiator, remove LICP, then remove the 2 lines from the compressor (2 10mm bolts or so and progressively wiggle them off, this will require some effort), remove the 4 mounting bolts, that's it.
Threw in a Wunderladen rear engine mount.
Swapped out the Volk rear toe arms for Torque Solution...the TS are built better and feel much more sturdy. Swapped the mcmaster links for Whiteline as well.
Had a slow coolant leak coming from the rear passenger side. Thought it could be the water pump but the car had no symptoms except the slow leak. Threw in some UV dye and traced the leak to the coolant pipe going transversely behind the engine from the thermostat to the water pump. Blindly felt with my hand behind the engine near the alternator and confirmed the leak.
Took the coolant pipe out (take off ic pipe + battery or catch can to do this). Pipe pops right out and you have to turn it 90 degrees and then back and wiggle it out (sensor tab clearance). The thermostat o ring looked good but the water pump o ring was worn.
New pipe + new o rings.
Burping.
Changed the camshaft housing covers for those with O rings to avoid leaks.
