03 Evo 8 w/evo9 turbo, evo9 leather SSL interior $12999 OBO (Hazleton, PA)

I'm absolutely in no hurry to sell this car. The reason I'm selling is because I'm looking to get into an evo x for daily driving or something more casual. It causes me pain to sell it. Buying a car is a huge financial decision, so I will tell you about every single flaw, scratch, dent that this car has so that you and I will have peace of mind and so that neither of us are wasting each others time.
Overall this car is gorgeous. It has a mirror finish after a good waxing. I've never been in a car accident/fender bender. It has full turbo back HKS Carbon-TI Catback Exhaust (downpipe+testpipe). It sounds really great, car is road tuned and pushing over 300whp. It has 2 black glow shift gauges, one is boost and the for voltage, I also have an AEM wideband gauge (optional), AMS FMIC (optional) carbon fiber hood (optional), carbon fiber wrapped trunk, Momo shift knob, 6000k low beam HID, 3000k fog light HID, Evo 9 turbo, cobb intake, SWIFT SPEC-R lowering springs, 18x9.5 concaved wheels, MP3 player, iPod connect, 1000 watt amp, 12 inch subs, and a brand new battery with 8yrs of warranty . I bought the car almost 2 years ago at 78k miles. Only premium gas has been used (93) and oil changed every 3K. It has never overheated or broke down. Car is inspected in PA. Has brand new all season bridgestone potenzaa tires ($1000).
The flaws: Car drives but it needs 2nd gear rebuilt but it could be an easy fix cause it takes 2nd gear when down shifting but if you hit the pedal and pass a certain RPM it just pops out (going from 1st into 3rd feels like going from 1st into 2nd), could use a little bit of body work and new paint. Has a small boost leak, needs to be tuned, and title is rebuilt from previous owner.
Extras: evo 8 turbo, megan manifold, stock hood, carbon trunk, spoiler, vortex genarator.
Currently, there is no check engine light so you can pass inspection/emission in your state. The test pipe will come with the car. Last oil change was completed 10/01/2012
