2003 WW Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8

Car is located in Quakertown, PA and I would prefer not to ship.
I’ve owned this car since 2005 and I am the second owner. I have the clean title in hand and the car has never been wrecked. The car has 88,000 mi on the chassis and less than 4,000mi on the motor. The motor was professionally rebuilt and tuned by CBRD with the OEM bottom. It made 305+hp/305+lb/tq at the wheels on CBRD’s low reading mustang dyno with a conservative tune. The reason for the motor rebuild was an oil line failure. The transmission was also rebuilt by Shepard (removed and installed by CBRD) around 6,000mi ago when the clutch was replaced. I have the receipts and dyno sheet.
This car was my daily driver up until about 2012 so it is not aesthetically perfect, but I spent a good deal of time and money ($12k+ on motor and trans rebuilt alone) getting this car sorted out and it is a blast to drive. I think a fair price would be around $14,500 OBO.
Modifications include:
Motor:
OEM bottom end with 4k mi
GCS S1 264/264 cams
3” full v-band Buschur exhaust
HKS intake with Amsoil filter
Spoolin-up COP system
JDM MR DV
Hallman MBC
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Agency lower motor mount
DC3 catch can
Note that there is no AC. The compressor broke and was removed because I never used it.
Clutch and transmission:
Trans rebuilt by Shep with 6k mi
ACT XTSS with the Streetlite flywheel
Works short shift kit and shifter bushings
Buschur solid underhood bushings
Brakes and Suspension:
17x8.5 Enkei RPF1 with Dunlop StarSpec Z1
Bilstein HD struts
GT Worx springs
RS trunk bar
db5000 2 piece rotors up front
Ferodo DS2500 pads
SS brake lines
I also have Continental ExtremeWinterContact snow tires on the stock wheels that I’ll include.
Interior/Exterior:
Carbon fiber trunk
Corbeau Forza seats
